*A $50/hr supervision fee will apply to rentals of the rehearsal hall outside of regularly staffed hours (Monday–Saturday 9 am–6 pm) and Holidays. GST will be applied to all rentals.
Please be aware that because we are located in an office tower the air is turned off at 6pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. It can be requested to remain on with 48 hours notice at a fee of $40/hour for a minimum of three hours plus an admin fee. Should you request the air remain on that fee will be passed on to you.

The pillar and kitchen area cannot be moved. You can't remove furniture from this space, but you can rearrange it as needed.
